1st qualifier for 400mH:68.9s, not a pb but i'm officially a sub 70 by elctronic timing.yay!!((:
3rd qualifier for 4x100m :52+ s (my run wasn't good at all but kudos to the awesome team((: )
2nd qualifier for 100mH:16.20s, it's a VJ SCHOOL RECORD!hehe((: (the record was 16.22s) hey! it's still a record okayyyy and my personal best that is.

yes, i do feel a little tired but it's okay.i'm determined that i will have an AWESOME rest over the weekend and be able to produce a much better timings for my races especially for my 400mH((: yeah! i can and i will do it. i can get that timing. yeah! awesome hanis((:
