hello everyone.
i'm sorry i wont be updating for quite some time.
school hasn't been that good.
all the bad results from various tests and so on.
as well as the many projects.

but training's awesome!
my timings were pretty good.
and i'm proud to say that i've improved so much since the last allcomers.
yay!
ran with asmah today and clocked LOADS of PB((:
haha.
she helped to pushed me on!
400m Hurdles is awesome! especially when you run with asmah.
you'll just glide through and you'll be shocked to see your timing.
haha
ok,i'm exaggerating but it was just awesome.

cedar connect was great in the sense that i managed to meet up with my old gang.
GREAT PEOPLE.
GREAT TIME.
GREAT FOOD?-_-"(i dunnoe what this is for)
haha.

oh.
and all the way to the VJ soccer girls for their finals against SA at jalan besar stadium tmr.
And basketball girls against RJC.
as well as the VJ VOLLEYBALL irls for making it into the finals which is on thu!
the whole school will be cheering for ALL of you!
