heats was at 2.15pm
i was the 4th in my heats and the 7th qualifier

i was talking to myself since sze min allowed me to talk.

then it started raining before we could go to the strating line.
so we waited for 45 min
its really another blessing in disguise.

the race was filled up with 4 sport school ppl, 2 cedarians,1 st nicholas and 1 nanyang.
i love that race.
the positions were:

3.cedar-me((: my first individual medal after4 years!!

and today-my 400m Hurdles race.
came in 4th with no regrets((:
the mabel girl wh got 4th ydae for 100m Hurlde got the 3rd.
she deserved it.
